Leah Ofman

Leah Ofman (she/they) is a composer and vocalist originally from San Francisco, CA. She attends the Manhattan School of Music in pursuit of her Master of Music in Composition, studying with Susan Botti. Leah received a BMus from New York University, where she studied with Caroline Shaw and Justin Dello Joio. A former philosophy minor, Leah enjoys creating music from a conceptual standpoint, often investigating power dynamics, free will, and christofascism. 

Leah has been singing in choirs since they were eight years old, starting with the San Francisco Girls Chorus under the artistic direction of Valérie Sainte-Agathe. Now, after a few years back home in San Francisco, Leah is so excited to return to New York and sing with C4 again!
