Blane Shaw

Blane Shaw has performed extensively throughout Michigan with Michigan Opera Theatre and
Northern Opera of Michigan in educational outreach programs. His work with Bronx Opera includes singing the role of the Father in the NYC premiere of “The Rivals” by American composer Kirche Mechem. Mr. Shaw returns twice a year as a bass soloist with the Lehman College Chorus. Along with C-4 performances, he works as a cantor at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church in NYC, and as a Resident Bass with Teaneck Community Chorus in Teaneck, NJ. He maintains an active schedule singing oratorio, opera, and ensemble work throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
