Tim Rosko

Tim Rosko is a composer, singer, songwriter, and audio designer based in Brooklyn, NY. Tim has over 15 years of experience creating and collaborating with directors, artists, songwriters, producers, podcasters, educators, and performers on original compositions and arrangements for solo, chamber and large ensembles, choirs of all sizes, and digital and electronic music. Tim is currently crafting new musical theater works in the 2nd Year Songwriting workshop of the BMI Lehman Engel Musical Theater Workshop in Manhattan. Previously, Tim composed music and created the sound design for multiplayer video games, such as the indie couch co-op game "Very Very Valet", interactive theme park installations, such as "Mission: Deep Discovery" for the SeaWorld San Diego park, and immersive virtual reality experiences, such as the award-winning escape-the-room puzzle game "I Expect You To Die". Tim's voice can be heard in the 2022 NAPA  Auto Parts National Campaign, in the Osmo Monster game as Mo the Monster, as well as a variety of songwriting projects and collaborations, many of which are featured on his songwriting podcast 50 Bad Songs. As a singer, Tim has recorded and released several original original songs as well as a acappella arrangements, including a 6-part men's arrangement of It's You I Like from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood. He has formerly sang in Nashville-based choirs Sonus and Portara, at the Nashville Jazz Workshop, in the Pittsburgh-based Mendelssohn Choir, Yinzer Singers, Super Smash Opera, and in the musical improv group The High-Scores at the Arcade Comedy Theater. Tim has contributed his voice to the theatrical, classical, and contemporary music scenes in New York, Los Angeles, Pittsburgh, Nashville, and beyond! Originally from Birmingham, AL, Tim received his Bachelor of Music Composition from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and later received his Master of Entertainment Technology at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA.
